• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery

• We currently ship across Egypt.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

As each All Good Things piece is made with care, we hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• It is returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration after delivery.
